Thank you for thinking of The Fountain! As a small, community focused business, we love supporting local causes whenever we can. However, we receive an abundance of requests for donations and unfortunately, we cannot fulfill them all.

To ensure each request is considered fairly, all donation requests must be submitted through the form below at least 30 days prior to the deadline.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a donation, but allows us to better understand your organization, the impact of your fundraiser, and how a partnership with The Fountain could support both your cause and our community.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we focus on supporting local organizations, schools and community events. We review requests once per month and will follow up with you if approved.
