A Fresh Start 💕

As we head into Season 3 of The Fountain, we're making some changes behind the scenes — and we're excited about what's ahead.

This fall, we're saying goodbye to 16 amazing team members as they head off to college, which means we're entering a pretty big transition period for our staff. With that transition comes an opportunity for us to restructure our team and take a fresh look at the type of employees we're looking for moving forward.

We want to be honest with you: we know we've had some opportunities to improve. We've heard your feedback about customer service, attitudes, and the overall experience in our shop — and we take that seriously.

The Fountain has always been about creating sweet experiences and lasting memories, and that starts with the people behind the counter. We want our customers to feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to come back. We also want our employees to enjoy coming to work and contribute to a positive environment for their coworkers.
